David Silver is an associate at Barker Martin. As general counsel, David provides a counterbalance to Barker Martin's litigation team. Dave's practice focuses solely on advising condominium and homeowner associations in all aspects of governance and the association's day-to-day interactions with third parties. Prior to joining Barker Martin, Dave not only represented homeowner associations, but represented clients in a wide range of real property transactions and litigation. Dave, a Colorado native, was a stockbroker and operated a mortgage origination business before moving to Seattle and attending law school. An avid golfer, Dave spends as much of his spare time as possible on the links.
