Biography:
Kathleen Profitt focuses her practice in counseling community and homeowners associations in general and civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Barker Martin, Kathleen represented businesses in complex civil litigation as an associate attorney with a large Pacific Northwest law firm. While attending the evening division at Lewis and Clark Law School, Kathleen worked nearly full-time, gaining substantial litigation experience as a certified law clerk for Safeco’s in-house litigation attorneys, and as a law clerk for a boutique firm specializing in energy litigation. Kathleen grew up in Central Oregon and Alaska. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, downhill skiing and camping in the Pacific Northwest.
