David is Seattle’s lead general counsel.  Dave’s practice focuses on advising condominium and homeowner associations regarding all aspects of governance, assisting associations with their day-to-day interactions with third parties, and interpreting, amending and enforcing CC&Rs.  Dave is a frequent speaker on a variety of community association matters topics, and is a member and contributor to Washington State Community Association Institute.  Prior to joining Barker Martin, Dave represented homeowner associations and other clients in a wide range of real property transactions and litigation.  Outside the office, he enjoys music, movies, golf and spending time with his family.
