Lindsey Sabec is an associate attorney in Barker Martin’s Portland office where she concentrates on multi-family residential and mixed-use construction defect litigation. Lindsey also serves as general counsel to community and neighborhood associations. An experienced litigator with a background in insurance defense, she began her legal career in Oregon as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank L. Bearden in the Multnomah County Circuit Court. The broad array of civil and criminal matters and range of legal issues Lindsey encountered as a clerk aided her transition in 2008 to private practice, where she handled personal injury, commercial loss, construction defect and general property damage claims from start to finish. Lindsey’s tenacity, diverse legal background, and analytical approach to dispute resolution enables her to provide a unique perspective and secure favorable results for our clients.
Lindsey lives an active lifestyle outside the office where she enjoys playing soccer, hiking, backpacking, camping, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
