Nathaniel Funk is an associate attorney in Barker Martin’s Portland office where he focuses his practice on construction defect litigation and general governance issues on behalf of community associations.  Prior to joining the Barker Martin team, Nate was a sole practitioner who focused on civil litigation, business litigation, contract drafting and review, business formation, and business transactions. In his spare time, Nate enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as golf, cycling and hiking.
