Gena Dolan has been a paralegal for 25 years with a focus on real estate transactions, real estate title, real estate law, environmental law, land use, product liability, construction defect, and complex litigation matters.  Gena is experienced in complex case management involving large volumes of documents and electronic data.  She has extensive experience in legal research, fact gathering, and analyzing legal documents.  She works on all stages of litigation, from discovery to trial, arbitrations and mediations.  She has attended several trials and binding arbitrations as the lead paralegal in support of her litigation team and has been trusted with the coordination of experts and witnesses at trial.  

Outside Barker Martin, Gena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly playing Scrabble.  She loves traveling, gardening, hiking, and feels most at ease enjoying the waterfront in the Seattle area.  She and her husband spend their time exploring the City of Seattle without a car.
