David is Seattle’s lead general counsel.  Dave’s practice focuses on advising condominium and homeowner associations regarding all aspects of governance, assisting associations with their day-to-day interactions with third parties, and interpreting, amending and enforcing CC&Rs.  Prior to joining Barker Martin, Dave represented homeowner associations and other clients in a wide range of real property transactions and litigation.  An avid golfer, Dave spends as much of his spare time as possible on the links.
