Kathleen counsels community and homeowners' associations on general governance and litigation matters in Oregon and Washington. She is constantly updating her practice to analyze and respond to trends in homeowner association law. Prior to joining Barker Martin, Kathleen represented businesses in complex civil litigation. As a law student, Kathleen worked as a law clerk for an in-house insurance law office. Kathleen grew up in Central Oregon and Alaska. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, camping in the Pacific Northwest, and playing with her dogs Dudley and Oliver, and Maizy the Cat.
