In 2001, Jeremy began devoting his practice to representing homeowners and homeowner associations in construction defect claims. He has also successfully prosecuted claims directly against associations’ property insurers. Jeremy has extensive trial experience including the prosecution of over 20 jury trials and numerous non-jury trials. Prior to moving to Seattle, Jeremy served the State of Oklahoma as a prosecuting attorney. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys outdoor activities including fly fishing and hiking with his family.
