Biography:
A Puget Sound native, Marlyn is a litigator with Barker Martin, P.S. practicing construction defect exclusively since 2002. Marlyn’s career has emphasized litigation in all aspects including a former stint as a King County deputy prosecutor and civil litigator. Marlyn is also a founding board member of the Washington Homeowners Coalition, a nonprofit organization active in the protection and advancement of homeowner rights with the Washington State legislature.
